Operator and agreement
These terms form an agreement between you and the seller, ZodiacForYou. Contact: [email protected].
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. The purchasing customer must be legally capable of entering the contract and authorized to submit any other person's birth information.
The service
ZodiacForYou provides a personalized digital astrology report generated from birth details you submit, deterministically calculated chart facts, and automated interpretive writing. Astrology is a reflective and entertainment framework, not established science. Reports are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice and should not replace qualified advice or your own judgment.
You are responsible for providing accurate details and reviewing the provider-resolved birthplace when available. Unknown or inaccurate birth time can make the Moon, Rising sign, houses, and aspects unavailable or less precise.
Price, payment, and delivery
The total price and currency are shown before you continue to Stripe Checkout. Payment is one-time with no subscription. Stripe processes the payment; we never store full card details. A browser redirect alone does not confirm payment. Fulfillment begins only after server-side payment confirmation.
You request generation to begin immediately after confirmed payment. Delivery normally occurs by email containing a private report link. Provider outages can delay delivery; if generation cannot be completed, contact us using the email above.
Private link and acceptable use
The private URL acts as access credentials. Keep it confidential. You may save and use your report for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape the service, bypass security, interfere with payment or delivery, resell reports, or use the site unlawfully.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the service accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that an astrology interpretation will resonate with every reader. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, liability for ordinary service failures is limited to the amount paid for the affected report.
Withdrawal, cancellation, and refunds
You expressly request immediate performance after payment and acknowledge that completion and access to personalized digital content may affect a statutory withdrawal right. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. See the Refund Policy for practical handling of failed, duplicate, or disputed orders.
Retention and termination
The final report and private link are retained for up to 730 days under the current policy, then the application order is deleted. Separate payment or accounting records may remain where legally required. We may suspend abusive access or discontinue the service while preserving applicable paid-order and consumer rights.
Governing rules and changes
Applicable mandatory consumer and data-protection rules continue to apply regardless of these terms. Any governing-law or forum rule depends on the seller's legal establishment and cannot remove protections available in your country of residence. Updated terms apply prospectively; the accepted policy date is recorded with each purchase until that order is deleted.
