Is this the same as a complete birth chart?
No. A birthday profile focuses on your month, day, and Sun-sign symbolism. A complete chart also needs your year, birth time, and birthplace.
Can I look up February 29?
Yes. Leap-day birthdays have their own profile and remain available in the selector even when the current year is not a leap year.
